Cook squid Rica-Rica
Ingredients:
1 kg of squid stock
1 orange juice
5 spring onions, chopped
2 stalks lemongrass dikeprek
5 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones leaves
3 thumb of ginger, peeled
15 curly red chili
1 tomato cut in eight
How to make it:
I stole squid with lemon and stir well.
Set aside some time, rinse clean.
